MY ABROAD ROUTINE 🤎

When going to the sun I take 3 things;

- a mineral SPF (@hawaiiant_uk )
- a gradual tan (@dove )
- an exfoliation mitt (@brawbygem )

After your spray tan you want to keep it going for as long as possible but also stay protected from the sun.

An SPF is essential but make sure it’s a mineral base.

When the tan starts to fade, keep it going with a bit of gradual tan.

If you can’t make it last the time, scrub off with the exfoliating mitt.

Things I noticed on me was that I wore trainers and socks travelling so my feet went funny straight away… 🫠

I took my tan off on day 5 xo

The shelter is currently home to 122 dogs; most of them born there, a lot of them are still puppies, and ALL of them just crave human contact, love & affection.

We spent this morning clearing an area which will eventually house cats.

Some folk would call it hell. A waste of a holiday. Not what you’re “meant” to do.

But it was class. And aye – we’ll be back.

Not posting this for any other reason than this charity is the real deal & all they want is awareness.

There’s stray dogs & cats everywhere here. @protectmealbania are trying to change that.

The shelter is currently home to 122 dogs; most of them born there, a lot of them are still puppies, and ALL of them just crave human contact, love & affection.

We spent this morning clearing an area which will eventually house cats.

Some folk would call it hell. A waste of a holiday. Not what you’re “meant” to do.

But it was class. And aye – we’ll be back.

Not posting this for any other reason than this charity is the real deal & all they want is awareness.
